Hottest Bollywood Debuts expected in 2021
Bollywood launches new talent every year and now that a new year has begun, we’re all curious to see who cut the list this time. Even though 2020 was a weird year and a lot of actors didn’t get a chance to make the cut, 2021 might be the year for some great Bollywood debuts.
Now that things are getting normal with time, a lot of young talent is waiting to enter the tinsel town. Here are all those who will be introduced to the industry this year. Keep an eye on the release of their respective projects.
Ajey Nagar
Everyone knows him as CarryMinati and we have all seen his video. He will be entering Bollywood with Ajay Devgn – Amitabh Bachchan, in MayDay.
Manushi Chhillar
The former Miss World is working her way to the industry by making her debut with the period film, Prithviraj. She will be doing this movie with Akshay Kumar, which is directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi.
The movie is based on the life of Prithviraj Chauhan. Manushi will be playing the role of Prithviraj’s love interest Sanyogita in the period drama.
Isabelle Kaif
The younger sister of Katrina Kaif is being launched by Salman Khan in Kwatha. Isabell will be in the movie with Aayush Sharma. She made her debut in the movie Dr. Cabbie in 2014 which had Kunal Nayyar, Vinay Virmani, and Adrianne Palicki in the cast. Since she played a small role in this Indo-Canadian production co-produced by Salman Khan, I’d say Kwatha would be her true debut in the movie world.
Krystle D’Souza
Krystal Started with TV shows such as ‘Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai’, ‘Ek Nayi Pehchaan’ and ‘Brahmarakshas’. She is now moving towards movies, she will be seen in Chehre, which is directed by Rumi Jaffery. The list of her co-stars includes stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Emraan Hashmi, and Rhea Chakraborty, really impressive.
Sharvari
She has been seen in the web series The Forgotten Army- Azaadi Ke Liye. She will be making her debut with Bunty Aur Babli 2. She will be in the movie alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi. The movie revolves around two con couples – Siddhant-Sharvari, and Rani Mukerji-Saif Ali Khan.
Lakshya
A TV actor, who is also known for his shows Adhuri Kahani Humari, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil and Porus. He will be in the movie Dostana 2. Karan Johar will be producing the movie, which will also star Kartik Aaryan and Janhvi Kapoor.
Ahaan Panday
He is the cousin of actor Ananya Panday. He will be making his debut in a superhero film that stars Ajay Devgn. The movie will be directed by Shiv Rawail, grandson of the legendary H.S. Rawail and son of Rahul Rawail. It is being planned as a franchise with Panday playing a superhero and Devgn as the super villain.
Rashmika Mandanna
An actor who has worked in Telugu, Kannada and Tamil films. She is now heading towards Bollywood. She will be in Mission Majnu. The film stars Sidharth Malhotra as a RAW agent.
Shalini Pandey
Shalini gained fame after working in the Telugu film, Arjun Reddy. She is the female lead in the Ranveer Singh starrer Jayeshbhai Jordaar. The movie, written and directed by Divyang Thakkar. was slated to release in October 2020 but the makers decided to hold the release till the theaters open country-wide.
Ahan Shetty
He is the son of actor Suniel Shetty. He will be in Tadap. This movie will be directed by Milan Luthria which is a remake of the 2018 Telugu film RX 100 and also stars Tara Sutaria.
