  • Smile as wide as you can

  • Place the index and middle finger of both hands on both cheeks.

  • Now with the help of your fingers, lift your cheeks towards your eyes.

  • Hold for 5 seconds

  • Complete 10-15 sets

Jaw Stretch Exercise

Benefits: This neck firming exercise will help in tightening your jawline which will prevent fine lines and trim up any unwanted fat in the jaw.

  • Pucker your lips to one side until you feel a stretch in your cheek.
  • Turn your head to that side and lift up at a 45 degrees angle.
  • Hold it for 3 seconds to feel the stretch in your neck.
  • Repeat once, and then switch to the other side.

Benefits : It is good for Drooping eyelids, crow’s feet, eye bags and puffiness.

  • Press both middle fingers together at the inner corner of the eyebrows, then with the index fingers, apply pressure to the outer corners of the eyebrows.
  • Look to the ceiling, and raise the lower eyelids upwards to make a strong squint, and then relax.
  •  Repeat six more times.

Tongue stretch Exercise

Benefits: This will help to strengthen and range of motion of your jaw, cheeks and tongue.

  • Look straight ahead, stick your tongue out as far as you can.
  • Lift your tongue upwards towards your nose.
  • Hold for 10 seconds and release.
  • Repeat this 10-15 times.

Temple Lift Exercise

Benefits: It helps to smooth out any sagging skin and folds near your eyes.

  • Lift one arm up over your head, placing fingertips on your temples.
  • Position your ring finger on the corner of the eyebrow.
  • Press down to lift and then drop your head towards your shoulder.
  • Hold this pose for a few seconds.
  • Repeat on the other side.
  • Both sides combinedly make one set.
  • Complete 7-8 sets

Here are some tips for doing Facial Exercises

  • While performing a facial exercise, ensure your hands are clean before touching your face.
  • Never try to pull or tug on the skin aggressively as this may accentuate wrinkles.
  • Be patient and give it time to show results so be regular for at least 2 weeks. It ain’t gonna happen overnight.
  • You may start with a single exercise or you may choose to do a combination of facial exercises. However, whichever set you start with, continue with the same set for 2 weeks at least.
